  What can I say, what I payed for I did not get. I purchased a carpet for two rooms at a average price, and standard quality for what I wanted, I was asked to confirm the room dimensions prior to cutting and they were confirmed before fitting. On fitting day the carpet fitters are contractors and they arrived a hour early (after been told they would be there for 10.30am) and they had to ask for direction's to where I live (we all have sat nav dont we). They fitted the room carpet and it was 1"1/2 short of the wall and it looks a mess, The carpet Direct Manager was not interested when I complained and blamed the fitters, Overall I would not recommend them
